ESSENTIAL : PG with a minimum of 5 years of experience as Principal/Vice Principal, an ability to inspire and mentor a team, communicate in Hindi and English; familiarity with issues pertaining to emotional, social and developmental growth of diverse children; shape an eco-system for holistic education in a warm and caring environment; goal oriented with emphasis on need based professional development, in-depth knowledge of rules of DoE and CBSE.
