Food Festival 2025
The Vidyalaya organized the much-awaited Food Festival on 21 and 22 April 2025. Titled 'Rasa', the enthusiasm of the parent community for the festival was evident in the sheer variety of food items offered across the two days through 35 unique food stalls.
Continuing with tradition, this year’s festival provided students with a wonderful opportunity to experience the rich diversity of traditional cuisine from across India. These included items such as Pitha, Litti Chokha and Ghugni. Apart from these, several stalls featured creative takes on familiar dishes, offering innovative combinations such as desi Tacos, Ragi Millets Idlis and Matthi Pizzas.
In all the food items, care was taken to maintain a balanced nutritional profile and ensure sustainability in preparation and presentation. The Prakriti Club played a proactive role by encouraging students to bring their own utensils, and ensuring that disposables used were carefully segregated and composted—underscoring the Vidyalaya’s deep commitment to environmental responsibility.
