The activity week 2024-25 was inaugurated on the 14th of the winter month of December. The theme of this year's Activity week is 'Bridges', signifying connection between people, ideas and cultures. It reflects that strength comes from togetherness.
The same message was propagated by our esteemed chief guest, Shri Harendra Singh ji, Dronacharya Awardee and the coach of the Indian hockey team.
The event started with the oath taking ceremony of the captains and vice-captains of the four houses- Pragati, Neeti, Jyoti and Shakti. Students of Nursery B and classes III and IV filled the day with colours with their obstacles races. This was followed by 4x100m relay race of the house captains versus vice captains.
The day concluded with the distribution of various scholarships and an address by the esteemed chief guest on team building and character building. Shri Harendra Singh Ji's belief in the strength and capacity of female athletes filled the atmosphere with promise of a better future.
The event of activity week has been spread over a span of two weeks to accommodate the changing climates. The week aims at bringing together different talents and abilities and fostering a sense of camaraderie and teamwork.
